Our drivers originate from the best facilities in Italy, France, and Spain, while our loudspeaker cabinets are expertly constructed from durable birch or robust, thick-walled aluminium extrusions. In line with our commitment to sustainability, 99% of our raw materials are recyclable and biodegradable, reflecting our philosophy of a plastic-free future.
Our loudspeaker cabinets are treated with a special, non-toxic, water-based paint that is UV-stabilized, mold-resistant, and biodegradable, supplied by our trusted German partners. This comprehensive painting process, both inside and out, ensures that our products are water-resistant, preventing moisture intrusion.
For hardware, we utilize specialized alloys for speaker grills that offer exceptional corrosion resistance, and all metal components undergo treatments to minimize environmental impact.
At CSC, we understand that the crossover is the heart of our loudspeaker design. That's why we meticulously engineer our passive crossovers to suit the unique preferences of the Indian market. We use components with minimal inductance to reduce losses, thereby minimizing distortion and thermal compression.
Our amplifiers stand out globally for incorporating super-efficient silicon carbide devices in a Class D topology. This innovative design significantly reduces heat loss and power consumption, enhancing overall performance.
To ensure compliance with international standards, all our loudspeakers and amplifiers are third-party certified and meet both European and American regulations, including FCC, CE, and RoHS approvals. We also provide GLL files for most products, facilitating accurate venue simulations.
Our 20,000-square-foot assembly facility in Mohali, India, is where we produce our products in small batches, allowing us to maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold the highest quality standards. Every product undergoes rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure flawless performance.
