CSC Audio Warranty Terms
1. Eligible Products
The warranty is available for new CSC Audio products purchased directly from CSC Audio or authorized partners, including distributors, integrators, dealers, and service partners. To be eligible, products must be registered with CSC Audio. (Register to receive free software updates.)
2. Registration Information
To register your product, please provide:
- Product serial number (listed on the back of the product)
- Invoice number and date
- Name of CSC’s authorized partner and place of purchase

3. Warranty Coverage
CSC Audio warrants that new products are free from defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is identified, the product will be replaced or repaired free of charge, although the customer is responsible for associated shipping and transportation costs. The warranty is only valid if the product has been registered online prior to any claims.
4. Warranty Duration
All CSC products come with a 2-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice, not from the date of registration. Warranty registration must be completed by the end customer within 1 month of purchase by emailing a soft copy of the invoice to warranty[at]cscaudio[dot]co[dot]uk to receive email confirmation of warranty registration.
5. Service and Maintenance
While all CSC Audio products undergo rigorous quality control checks, service may be required during or after the warranty period in environments near the sea or those with hazardous gases or cooking oil vapours. If a product is found to be corroded, oily, or exhibiting water ingress, the warranty will be void.
6. How to Lodge a Complaint
For warranty-related issues, your first point of contact is your authorized dealer. All issues must be registered at [website link] (placeholder). Products must be sent to the CSC authorized service center by the end customer, at their own cost, along with a detailed description of the problem. Customers must retain a copy of the invoice and warranty registration confirmation.
- Within the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CSC Audio at no charge; however, turnaround times may vary.
- The warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser from an authorized dealer until re-registered on our website with the original invoice.
7. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, user negligence, improper operation, exposure to excess moisture or heat, any damage due to liquid, power surges/lightning, lack of basic care, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Overdriven drivers, excessive voltage/voltage surges.
- Products installed in areas with hazardous gases, close to a beach, or exposed to oil vapors or liquid ingress.
- Damages due to act of god.
- Purchases made from unauthorized technicians or dealers, or repaired/refurbished products from the open market.
- Products altered or serviced by unauthorized individuals.
- External casings/cabinets, electromechanical components, and normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to shipping or transportation.
- Products without Serial number.
This warranty is the sole warranty provided for this product and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied. CSC Audio shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty. Note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply.
8. Extended Warranty Options
CSC Audio offers an option to purchase an extended warranty for select products at an additional cost. This option is applicable only if purchased before the lapse of the original warranty.
