A true pioneer in the pro audio industry, Mr. Lalit Chopra’s entrepreneurial journey began long before Creative Sound Concepts came to being. An electrical engineer by profession, he set up a successful electric panel manufacturing business in 1983. Just two years later, he demonstrated his keen business sense by acquiring and turning around a struggling cable manufacturing unit in its very first year.

In 1996, he saw a new opportunity in India's emerging pro audio market. With his friend and partner, P.S. Sandhu (who at that time was with the UN), founded Harness Overseas Pvt. Ltd., a distribution company that brought many renowned international audio and lighting brands to India for the first time.

With a passion for technical excellence, Mr. Chopra realized that successful pro audio required more than just distribution. It needed technical skill. He collaborated with top engineers in the UK to execute complex audio projects both domestically and overseas, earning him a reputation as a trusted veteran in the field. This extensive experience paved the way for his next step in the audio industry.

Armed with the knowledge of most of the international audio brand in 2013, he joined forces with Daniel Danzer to create an Indo-German joint venture and decided to assemble and sell products from Creative Sound Concepts (CSC) in India. This new endeavour was built on a unique foundation: precision of German engineering combined with the efficiency of Indian manufacturing. The result? A complete range of high-performance audio products that are now trusted and sold in over 15 countries, fulfilling the team's vision of making world-class audio solutions accessible and affordable.
